Tell us about yourself and your experience in the working world.
Well, to put it simply, I’ve been around the block a few times in the working world! After discovering my passion for graphic design in high school, I went on to study it and since then I’ve built up over a decade of experience in contract and marketing management.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a fair few household names, leading some really exciting employer brand and recruitment campaigns, and have honed my skills in paid social strategy, lead generation, and account management.
Recently, I’ve been focusing on my skills in all things paid social media, particularly when it comes to B2B lead generation!

What advice for someone looking for a career in Digital Marketing?
When diving into the world of digital marketing, it’s best not to lock yourself into a specific specialty right away. There’s so much to explore, from social to SEO, and it is important to experience different areas. By trying out a variety of disciplines, you’ll be able to discover what aspect of digital marketing really gets you excited.
Once you’ve found that sweet spot, go ahead and dive deep into upskilling in that particular area. Luckily, there are tons of free online courses, YouTube videos, podcasts, and industry experts out there to help you along the way.
Personally, I’m a big fan of Jon Loomer and Ben Heath for all things paid social, but it’s always a good idea to stay in the loop with the rest of the industry too. The digital world is constantly evolving, so make sure you’re keeping up!
